What it is
Parallax runs live, paced exercises where a director advances the room through escalating beats while participants work real roles against a grounded corpus — a controlled environment for rehearsing hard decisions under partial information and a clock.
It is the engine beneath our other work: the SBOM Management Platform and the Geneva Cyber Week performance are both instances built on it.
What makes it notable
A single operator console drives an auditorium projector and every participant's device in real time over a hardened event stream. Hero artifacts — an attack chain, an SBOM crosswalk, an attribution matrix — are walkable on stage and mirrored to phones without taking the room hostage.
The corpus is sourced: every claim a participant can make traces to a primary document. The teaching instrument is the coordination friction between interdependent roles.
